Mental Health Counseling
I am Zainab Udaipurwala (she/her), a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Adler University and have completed over 700 hours of clinical experience, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and identity exploration. As an Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC) applicant, my approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a holistic understanding of wellness.
As a therapist of color with a strong connection to the South Asian community, I understand the unique challenges of navigating cultural expectations, and the stigma surrounding mental health. At Shifa Wellness, my mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported in exploring your emotions, overcoming challenges, and building a meaningful life.
I offer personalized therapy designed to meet your unique needs. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, addictions & substance use, depression, or stress management, I use proven therapeutic techniques from Individual psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
When I am not in session, you will find me exploring new places with my partner, enjoying good food, or taking time to rest and recharge. At Shifa Wellness, I believe healing begins with connection—to yourself, your community, and your purpose.
If you are ready to take the first step toward healing and personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey. Let’s work together to create a path that aligns with your unique needs and goals.
